Franklin Commons Homeowners Assoication

Picnic: The 2006 Franklin Commons picnic will be held on Saturday July 8th beginning at noon in the playground area. The HOA will provide burgers and hot dogs. We would ask everyone to bring a side dish (potato salad, chips, etc.) of some kind. We hope to see you then.
Management Company: In the near future we will be hiring a management company. A special meeting will be called once more before papers are signed. When the meeting date is set, a notice will be sent to all homeowners as well as posted here.

Franklin Commons is a tree-lined, family oriented neighborhood comprised of 77 town homes, well maintained common area and a 'tot lot' in Northern Virginia. It is located in Fairfax County near Backlick Road and the Springfield/Franconia Parkway in Springfield, just south of the Capital Beltway circling Washington, DC. 2010 Homeowners Meeting

The annual meeting of Homeowners was scheduled to be held on February 11, 2010, at the Garfield Elementry School. Garfield ES is located at 7101 Old Keene Mill Rd, Springfield, VA 22150. Due to the snow and school closures the meeting will be postponed. A new notice will be sent once the meeting is rescheduled.
